Let me guess, you wake up each day and as soon as your feet hit the ground, you’re running.
You get the kids ready for school and out the door. You maybe slap on some mascara before you head out too so you feel slightly more put together.
But it’s a steady stream of responsibilities and to do’s from there – work, meal prep, school pickups, appointments, repeat.
And that doesn’t even include things like trying to keep in touch with friends, putting energy into your relationship with your partner, or walking the dog. Don’t even get me started on “self-care” because that’s usually the first thing to go.
Feelings of guilt, stress, overwhelm, avoidance, procrastination, burnout and exhaustion are close companions you wish weren’t so familiar.
You are doing it all yet constantly feel like you aren’t doing enough.
